The hotel is nestled in a location that surprisingly shields it from noise, making for a tranquil stay. The staff were eager to help and quick with the check-in process.

Despite the overall positive experience, the room did have a lingering musty odor, which made it somewhat unpleasant upon entry. Additionally, the breakfast selection left a bit to be desired.

We enjoyed our family stay, especially with the convenience of being just a short drive to local spots like the Dallas Market Center. My brother and I were impressed by the clean rooms and how well the staff maintained everything throughout our visit.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast variety could be better.

we had a great time at best western! the owner was really nice and even gave us a discount. the jacuzzi suite was perfect, and the outdoor pool area was awesome for relaxing after a long day. the room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

It was just an optimal selection for a quick break in Dallas with very good value for money. I really appreciated the free continental breakfast, which had a nice variety and was a great start to my day. Make sure to take advantage of the coin laundry if you need it.

I had a chance to explore local eats like IHOP, just a hop away at 0.5 km! Plus, the Windsor Restaurant offered some tasty bites about 2 km down the road, a delight for the taste buds. The room was clean, and, despite its age, it was comfortable enough to kick back after a long day.

But, the slow check-in felt like I was waiting for my brunch at peak hour. And missing breakfast by just 10 minutes? Talk about a culinary tragedy! Still, the vibe overall wasn't too shabby.

The room had an unpleasant odor, and the electricity cut off for several hours making the stay uncomfortable!!! The surroundings were drab, located at the edge of a run-down business park!!! Finding the entrance was a real challenge!!!
